Our six-step process to completing your project

We have a straightforward process for each of our clients, no matter the size or scale of the project.
We have years of experience with a wide range of properties that enable us to guide you through your project, so you can rest assured that you are in safe hands.

Whether you’ve used us before, or have no idea where to start, we’re happy to help with any aspect of your project or answer any questions you might have. We pride ourselves on our excellent reputation, attention to detail and outstanding customer service from start to finish.

1. Explore our Furniture

Browse our website and our social media channels to explore our furniture and to get an idea for the sort of things you like – but remember that as a bespoke manufacturer if you have something different in mind we would be happy to discuss this with you.

An important step is to visit our showroom where you can see our products first hand, we can show you how our furniture is made, and you can be inspired. This is a crucial step in enabling you to start formulating ideas for your design. We are open for general browsing from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday or we can arrange a convenient time to suit you which must be booked in advance.

2. Make a design appointment

We would love to meet with you to discuss your project in more detail.

This initial meeting is usually based in our showroom if you are working from architect’s plans and if your space is not yet built.

If you are replacing existing furniture, we arrange an appointment at your property subject to location and availability.

Our designer will create a computer image to enable you to visualise your space.

3. Quotation

Once this initial design is drafted, your quote will be prepared. We will arrange to meet with you at our showroom to go through the quote and make any further amendments to the design if required.

4. Schedule

Once you are happy with your design and quote, we will schedule your project into our calendar and take a small deposit to secure your slot.

Other trades such as tilers, plumbers, electricians will be booked in, dependent upon the work required.

5. Manufacture

Your final design will be transformed into your furniture by our skilled team.

Our Workshop & Showroom

6. Installation

We employ our own installation team who will visit your home to install your furniture in a timely manner. We work closely with our worktop fabricators and other tradespeople to ensure that your installation runs smoothly. If you have chosen hand-painted furniture, this final step of the process is carried out by our decorating partners once all your cabinets and worktops have been installed. Then it is over to you to begin living life in your new space!

What a fantastic experience. We were so impressed with Holme Tree from start to finish. They had great ideas for design but also listened to our own ideas and needs. We visited the showroom in Ashby having found them on Google and from our initial meeting with Trevor who owns the company, our experience was unbeatable.

As well as designing the kitchen from scratch to removing the old kitchen units and fitting the bespoke cabinets and organising plastering and painting the whole service was delivered on time and as described within the initial quote. The cabinets are top quality solid wood units and all accessories are equally best quality and fitted by experts.

We chose Holme Tree because we wanted a wooden, shaker style bespoke kitchen to fit a non-standard room. We came across Holme Tree at the Homebuilding and Renovating Show. Holme Tree weren’t phased by the floor and were able to project manage the whole kitchen by bringing in a whole range of skilled trades and craftspeople. Our needs and wishes were listened to, we were impressed by the level of dialogue and felt part of the team.
